BIM is a term that is buzzing around the building services industry, progressively in work that involves and is led by architects, designers and increasingly within the design & build sector.
Since 2016 the BIM experts at Celsius have been working with our clients to deliver HVAC and Public Health BIM solutions using AutoCAD’s Revit platform.
BIM is increasingly being adopted as the benefits are evident of a common information platform for projects through the life of the building, structure or facility.
Enabling ‘live’ co-working on a single model ensuring any changes to the general arrangement are uploaded and acted upon in real time, along with clash detection for all services and 3D co-ordination, reducing design time on site.
This not only alleviates down time & errors from working on an out of date drawing but also reduces mistakes further down the line once the project goes live.
